Lawyers from the Capital Markets Practice of SSW Spaczyński, Szczepaniak & Partners advised during the programme of L series bonds issued by Capital Park S.A. Under the programme, bonds with the face value exceeding 5.7 million Euro were allocated. SSW acted in the role of the Issuer’s legal advisor in the process.
The legal advice provided by SSW’s lawyers included comprehensive support in the process of drafting documents related to the transaction, including the bond issue terms and conditions and the subscription offer.
