Lawyers from the Finance and Banking Practice of SSW Spaczyński, Szczepaniak & Partners advised in the execution of a loan agreement between Alior Bank S.A. on one side and GetBack S.A. and two investment funds on the other, which grants the latter three entities a loan in the amount of up to PLN 50 million.
The legal advice provided by SSW included comprehensive support in the process of negotiation and drafting of documents related to the transaction, including the loan agreement and collateral documentation.
