Filip Balcerzak as lecturer at the “Administration Managers Forum” conference

On 29 November 2013, Filip Balcerzak took part in the “Administration Managers Forum” conference organised in Warsaw by Nowoczesna Firma. Mr. Balcerzak presented the issue of tender proceedings according to the Public Procurement Law.
