Loss of waste status for asphalt destruct – new regulations
On 1 January 2022, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 23 December 2021 on the definition of detailed conditions for the loss of waste status for asphalt destruct entered into force. The Ordinance allows for the reuse of asphalt destruct on a wider scale and sets out the conditions under which asphalt destruct will cease to be treated as waste.
