SSW’s lawyers advised Paged Real Estate on the sale of a portfolio of 14 PV projects to NOFAR

SSW’s lawyers advised Paged Real Estate on the sale of a 185 MW portfolio of photovoltaic projects to NOFAR, a global energy group listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The projects will be developed by Paged Real Estate until they reach the Ready-to-Build status. They are to be connected to the grid in 2023-24. The portfolio consists of 14 projects with capacities ranging from 1 to 68 MW. The total value of the planned construction costs is almost EUR 97 million.

The M&A part of the transaction was led by Mateusz Rogoziński (partner), and the energy part by Dominik Strzałkowski (partner).
