New SSW Partner: Mateusz Rogoziński joins the M&A practice

Mateusz Rogozinski, attorney at law, has joined SSW Pragmatic Solutions’ M&A practice.

Mateusz Rogoziński has 15 years of experience in transaction advisory, including advising on complex M&A (domestic and cross-border) projects, as well as assisting Private Equity funds. He advises Polish (including listed) and foreign entities from key sectors of the economy.

He also represents Clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Mateusz is the founder of Forum M&A, one of the largest events on the Polish market dedicated to M&A transactions. He is also the author of numerous publications on M&A and the first report summarizing Polish acquisitions abroad.  

Prior to joining SSW, he worked in well-known Polish and foreign law firms. At Crido, he built the M&A legal department from scratch. Over a period of 5 years, it became one of the most dynamic teams in Poland and was recognized by the Legal500 and Chambers Europe rankings. According to Mergermarket rankings Mateusz is one of the most active transactional lawyers in Poland.   

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. He concurrently studied at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw.
