SSW advised on a 1 bn PLN sale of shares in Impexmetal S.A. to Gränges AB

SSW acted as a legal advisor to Boryszew S.A. in a sale of Impexmetal S.A. to a Swedish manufacturer of aluminium products – Gränges AB. The transaction was executed at Impexmetal’s valuation of PLN 938,000,000.00 (enterprise value), which was adjusted with the amounts of i.a. net debt, net working capital and pre-paid investment outlays to set the final purchase price. The transaction was closed on 6 November 2020.

Impexmetal S.A. is a company which operates mainly in the sector of non-ferrous metals. Impexmetal S.A. is specialized in the production of rolled aluminium products. The company has been distributing those metals and semi-finished products abroad for more than 50 years.
