Aldesa secured a loan for EUR 14.3 million. SSW acted for the Borrower

SSW advised the Aldesa group on negotiating a facility agreement and a package of finance documents with BNP Paribas Bank Polska. Under the agreement, an SPV from the Aldesa capital group was granted a loan of up to EUR 14.3 million to refinance a project in Kraków.

Aldesa is one of the largest construction groups in Spain and Mexico, dedicated to developing civil engineering projects and building infrastructures. It also operates in the industrial sector and conducts investments activities such as concessions, real estate and renewable energy. Aldesa group is also active in Poland, Guatemala, India, Norway, Peru, Romania, Slovakia and Uruguay.
