Multishop Jarocin sold!

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised the owner of shopping centres during the sale one of them.

The transaction included a share deal acquisition of 100% of the shares in a special-purpose vehicle which owned the shopping centre, the restructuring of the SPV’s internal debt and the asset buyer’s takeover of existing bank financing.

The shopping centre platform projects constitute part of the constantly-increasing market sector in convenience shopping centres in Poland.

The most important tenants of the shopping centre include Jysk, Pepco, CCC, Martes Sport and Euro RTV AGD.

The transaction was handled by SSW’s real estate team, managed by Maciej Duch (partner), supported by Karol Lewandowski (associate). The project team also involved Katarzyna Solarz (partner in the corporate team), as well as Tomasz Wickel (partner) and Rafał Łapiński (associate) who handled tax aspects of the project.
