Since the beginning of 2019, lawyers from SSW Pragmatic Solutions have advised our Clients (developers and investors) on negotiating and concluding more than 10 significant contracts for the rental of storage and production areas, with a total rental area of approx. 125,000 m2. The locations of such properties included:

  • Tri-cities of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot
  • Warsaw
  • Poznań districts
  • Wrocław districts
  • Kraków districts.

Our advice included representing landlords in contract negotiations with tenants, supporting day-to-day handling of rental agreements concluded with various tenants (inc. those involved in the automotive, R&D, clothing and FMCG sectors) and preparing bespoke solutions that take into account the specificity of build-to-suit projects for certain locations.
