SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised a financial investor on the process of investing in 4KRAFT Sp. z o.o. company

Our Merger and Acquisition team assisted a fund to acquire a minority stake in 4KRAFT Sp. z o.o., the market leader in the production of  children’s products in Poland. 4KRAFT specialise in the production and the sale of products under its own brands using modern channels, including its own e-commerce and auction platforms (Allegro, Amazon and eBay).

The SSW transaction team conducted a legal analysis (due diligence) for the Company, and then supported the Client in negotiating the transaction documentation.

The transaction was performed by the SSW Pragmatic Solutions Merger and Acquisition Department, composed of Sebastian Ponikowski (Partner in the Merger and Acquisition team) and Jakub Koziński (Senior Associate in the Merger and Acquisition team).
